Our Demo team is the top notch of our school. Hard workers and talented martial artists, these few elite are showing what martial arts can really be about. Their hard work and determination has put them at the top of the class, performing at our events and showing the audience a great time. They include the coolest looking kicks, forms and self defence, along with weapons too!
